LILLIAN – SIXTH MONTH

The big news in babyland: we started serving up solid food at 6 months. And it’s a pretty exciting development given the way we like to eat around here!  Lily took to the orange veggies and was a little less enthusiastic about peas, but green beans, broccoli, parsnips were all left to be concealed within applesauce. However, nothing pleases her as much as eating… prunes.

Lily seems to enjoy the view from up high in her new seat!  My heart skipped a beat the first time I saw her in a high chair, she didn’t look like a tiny infant any more! So far we are happy with the Nuna Zaaz. I love the dark gray color (it doesn’t scream kid’s furniture).

The other big news? Lily is finally about to sit up on her own! No more worrying that she tumble over while I’m trying to take a photo.

Lily looks as though she enjoys eating! She’s enthusiastic about it anyway. Shades of her mom and dad!

She’s grown since we last saw her and she’s sitting up, but she’s still so-o-o cute. Aloha from Hilo.

She’s grown since we last saw her and she’s already sitting up, but she’s still so-o-o-o cute. Aloha from Hilo.
